Privacy options

Publish my request on the site: type of work, city, timing, budget, my description and checked photos, with no name or contact details. Share my name, email and, if I gave it, my phone with companies that reply (otherwise they reply through the site).

Your request is saved privately: it is neither published nor passed on to companies. If it is still active when the service opens, we will write to you to ask you to confirm sending it. You will receive a single email about it if the service opens before your request is deleted.

How sending works

Requests are not yet sent to companies: this service opens soon. Your project details (description and approved photos) will then go out in waves to licensed companies near your city: 5 at confirmation, then 5 more after 24 hours and 5 more after 72 hours while you have fewer than 2 answers, up to 15. Featured companies (promotional placement) that serve your city and whose licence covers the work will receive it first. Your request will be published on the site only if you choose the “Publish” option, without any personal information.

We do not promise a number of quotes: each company decides whether to answer. You choose yourself who to hire.

Privacy policy · You can withdraw your request at any time with the link you receive by email. It then leaves the site, and your name, contact details, description and photos are deleted at once. An unconfirmed request is deleted after 7 days; every request is deleted at the latest after 60 days.
