Tips for choosing a contractor in Fermont
- For larger jobs, insist on a written contract that sets out the price, the schedule and the payment terms.
- The RBQ licence number must appear on the quote, the contract and the invoice.
- Ask for at least two or three written quotes and compare the description of the work, not just the price.
